Organic Social Content Creator

We're looking for a passionate Organic Social Content Creator with strong experience in content creation and social media marketing to help us innovate and scale our client's social channels.

In this role, you will conceptualize and collaborate with social media managers to plan monthly and quarterly content calendars for multiple clients. By creating a dynamic partnership with the team, you will design on-brand static and motion graphics, shoot unique video, and edit existing assets—turning it all into optimized, scroll stopping social content that will elevate our clients social media presence.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Social Media and Account Managers to understand client needs 
• Assist in researching and concepting branded content with quick turnaround times 
• Shoot original organic vertical video based on strategic insights
• Punch up, edit, or re-purpose existing assets from client content databases
• Comfortable appearing as on-camera talent for certain brands
• Attend shoots at the Raindrop studio and on location to capture footage
• Shoot product and talent on set using iPhone and upload assets accordingly
• Live and breathe all social media platforms and foresee trends before they happen
• Be an expert storyteller who loves creating engaging, aesthetic content
• Educate the team on new content ideas and inform on opportunities for growth
• Iterate on content via testing and learnings from running client social channels

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in content creation for social (TikTok preferred)
• Fluent in video editing software native to iPhone while ensuring the content is on-brand and eye-catching. 
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc. is a plus.
