Occupational Therapist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for full-time employment in the near future. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children facing behavioral challenges and will be comfortable working in an OT gym environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to children with behavioral challenges in an OT gym setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each child's specific needs.
• Collaborate with other members of the therapy team, including speech therapists, physical therapists, and behavioral specialists.
• Conduct screenings and assessments for children in private settings as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Location:
Woodland Hills, California

Schedule:
Part-time, afternoon shifts Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid California state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working with children with behavioral challenges is required.
• Availability to work weekday afternoons and weekends is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
