We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that help them overcome physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify the patient's needs, strengths, and limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote the patient's independence and functional abilities
- Use evidence-based interventions to improve the patient's cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and speech therapists, to ensure the patient receives comprehensive care
- Educate the patient and their family members on ways to promote recovery and prevent further injury or illness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the patient's progress and treatment plan
- Participate in continuing education to stay current on the latest research and treatment techniques

Requirements
