Obran Health is building the largest worker-owned home-based healthcare company in the US. We currently operate two worker-owned home healthcare agencies in California, with ~300 clinicians serving a combined census of ~1000 patients. Our immediate growth is focused on home health clinicians, including nurses and therapists, who want to own their work and have a say in the organization where they work. The Obran Health Recruiter will also help recruit a growing team as we continue to acquire new businesses.
