Nurse Practitioner (Women's Health/Fertility)

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to women and couples seeking infertility treatment. You will work closely with the fertility specialist and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver individualized care plans. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to provide emotional support to patients throughout their fertility journey, and an interest to learn the world of IVF/Fertility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' reproductive health and medical history
• Perform gynecological examinations, including ultrasound monitoring
• Administer fertility medications and monitor patients' response to treatment
• Educate patients on fertility treatment options, procedures, and medication management
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between patients, fertility specialist, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their partners
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
• Stay current with advancements in infertility treatments and participate in professional development activities

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of California
• Master's degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathetic and compassionate approach towards patient care
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technology tools
