Royalty Staffing is currently seeking dynamic and passionate Nurse Practitioners. This an exciting Direct Hire opportunity in beautiful San Diego!
Direct Hire
Salary: $104,000 - $156,000 DOE
Shift: Full Time, Monday - Friday , 8AM-5PM
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Prescribe appropriate medication, health regimens, and lifestyle adjustments that will contribute to their recovery from diagnosed health issues, prevent future health issues, and promote a healthier life.
- Manage stable patients with chronic conditions.
- Triage. Respond to and provides crisis intervention services when needed.
- Refer patient to the appropriate Behavioral Health providers.
- Complete all required medical documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures and protocols.
- Provide inpatient coverage and call coverage as assigned by Medical Director.
- Screen and monitor the management of chronic conditions, symptomatic and well patients.
- Supervise Nurses and assistants in examining room and may serve as preceptor for team members.
Requirements
- 2 years experience required as a Licensed Nurse Practitioner
- 2 years experience in clinic
- 2 years experience working with the elderly
