We are a state-of-the-art fertility center specializing in IVF, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients. We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner who is enthusiastic about women's health and eager to contribute to the growth of our practice.
Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner will embody the utmost integrity and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, and thrive in a collaborative care setting. This role requires working closely with physicians to develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations, oversee infertility evaluations, and implement treatment protocols.
- Gather comprehensive medical history, review records, and perform necessary physical examinations.
- Administer infertility-related services such as ultrasonography, routine gynecological exams, endometrial biopsy, and interpretation of laboratory values.
- Collaborate with physicians to tailor and execute treatment plans for each patient.
- Perform procedures like Saline Infusion Sonohysterogram (SHG) and Intra-Uterine Insemination.
- Assist physicians with minor surgical procedures and post-operative care.
- Provide counseling and obtain informed consent from patients prior to fertility treatments.
- Evaluate and counsel women with reproductive endocrine disorders and implement suitable therapy.
- Conduct early pregnancy surveillance via ultrasonography.
- Supervise clinical staff to ensure quality care, oversee scheduling, and support organizational initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and supervising physicians to enhance medical care and address improvement areas.
- Deliver patient counseling and education on relevant health issues.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in California.
- Preferred experience in IVF (fertility), women’s health, or OBGYN.
- Proficiency in ultrasounds/sonography.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Competence in EMRs and computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
