We serve as an incubator for missing pieces of political infrastructure, combining data, technology and experimental methods to build power. We use peer-to-peer texting to help grassroots organizing, recruit candidates to run for office, and help those candidates win. We look for opportunities to work in red and rural areas, and with communities that have too often been ignored.
Movement Labs is a fast-paced environment, where we are laser-focused on testing and implementing strategies for defeating Trump and getting Democrats elected. We work hard, and the environment evolves rapidly. We are adaptable, nimble, and shift quickly as needed to meet the moment. We are looking for candidates that thrive in this type of environment.
Movement Labs seeks exceptionally ambitious, hard-working people from diverse backgrounds interested in entering a long-term career building political power for marginalized communities.
