As a licensed mental health counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to understand client concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique needs
- Collaborate with other practitioners to ensure comprehensive support throughout the therapeutic process
- Participate in regular training opportunities to stay current with industry best practices
- Contribute ideas towards program development or improvement initiatives
- Provide evidence-based therapy to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
- Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide holistic support to clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health-related fields.
- An active license as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license. (We are not able to accept interns or therapists with limited permit who require supervision to provide individual therapy.)
- A successful candidate will be independent in scheduling established clients, and case management, and will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Absolutely no disciplinary actions on your license.

- Full-time counselors in this role can expect to make from $115,000 to $130,000 a year.
- Counselors who work full-time are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend.
