Full-Time Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Pennsylvania

As part of our expanding organization, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional care to individuals, couples, and families. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview:

• Provide personalized therapy to address a wide range of mental health needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Develop tailored treatment and follow-up strategies.
• Represent the organization at events to strengthen community ties.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually with excellent benefits.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Two years or more of clinical experience in mental health.
