Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually with comprehensive benefits
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Active California LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience providing therapeutic services to diverse populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to culturally sensitive and affirming care
