JOB SUMMARY
The Masons of California are seeking a dedicated Membership Advisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in strengthening our community by increasing engagement and retention among our lodges and members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in membership services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Membership Growth and Retention: Refine and implement strategies to increase membership engagement and retention rates, focused on expanding the use of beneficial services like dues billing and actively recruit new lodges or members to participate in restoration and engagement campaigns.
- Prospective Member Engagement: Manage and respond to the inquiries of prospective members interested in becoming California Masons. Provide comprehensive information, answer questions, and refer them to appropriate local lodges. Track prospects from initial inquiry through to initiation at the local lodge to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure timely and effective response to member inquiries, maintaining an average response time as per organizational standards. Focus on high-quality, personalized customer service to enhance member satisfaction.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in membership roles, preferably within a non-profit or association environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set goals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in managing membership campaigns and initiatives.
- Knowledge of the Masonic community and its values.
