MCS Manufacturing Associate NS

The BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated MCS Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. This role involves performing operations under general supervision in the manufacturing area, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:

• Set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of various manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare buffers and media according to defined manufacturing procedures (MPs) and SOPs.
• Follow GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) with strict adherence to safety and compliance.
• Perform and monitor critical processes with basic troubleshooting abilities.

• Conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment.
• Clean small and large-scale equipment used in production.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Work in a clean room environment wearing full clean room gowning, steel toe shoes, hairnet, and gloves.
• Initiate quality reports and draft/revise documents (SOPs, MPs).
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.
• Assist in reviewing documentation for assigned functions (equipment logs, batch records).
• Perform rigorous and repetitive work, work around high-pressure systems, and occasionally heavy equipment. Lift up to 35 lbs, push/pull objects requiring up to 50 lbs of force, and stand/walk for long durations.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree OR Associate degree with 4 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of experience.
• Role will be swing shift.
