MCS Manufacturing Associate

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is seeking a MCS Manufacturing Associate to join our team. This role works in a dynamic production environment supporting development, clinical, and launch activities. Under general supervision, employee will perform operations in the Manufacturing area. Operations will be performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities:

• Set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of manufacturing equipment.
• Preparing buffers and media following defined manufacturing procedures (MPs) and SOPs.
• Performing in-process sampling of equipment and operating analytical equipment.
• Conducting washroom activities: cleaning small and large-scale equipment used in production activities.
• Initiating quality reports and maintaining an organized and clean workspace.
• Drafting and revising SOPs and MPs.
• Performing and monitoring critical processes, including basic troubleshooting.
• Identifying, recommending, and implementing improvements related to routine functions.
• Assisting in reviewing documentation for assigned functions (equipment logs, batch records).
• Working in a cleanroom environment with appropriate attire, including steel toe shoes, full cleanroom gowning, hairnet, and gloves.
• Handling activities around high-pressure systems and occasionally around heavy equipment.

• Physically able to perform tasks, including lifting up to 35lbs, pushing/pulling objects up to 50lbs, and standing for extended periods.
• Capable of performing physical movements such as bending, reaching above the head, climbing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, walking upstairs, and standing on portable stairs or ladders up to 6 feet off the ground.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, OR
• Associate’s degree with 4 years of Manufacturing/Operations experience, OR
• High school diploma / GED with 6 years of Manufacturing/Operations experience.

Shift:

• Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday (4x10 schedule)
• Day Shift: 6 am - 5 pm
• Swing Shift: 1 pm - Midnight
