Real Estate Agent Training Mentorship - In-Person
We are looking for positive, outgoing, fun people to become top-tier California real estate agents! Get hands-on, real-world training and individual mentorship from people who have multiple built top-ten national real estate teams. Develop the skills to acquire clients to buy and sell homes. Top performers have the opportunity to build their own real estate team. Join a community of supportive and positive people who have extensive experience mentoring agents from brand new to top 1% performers.
This internship position provides an educational experience that serves as compensation.

Responsibilities
- Be your authentic self!
- Set appointments with prospective clients through calls and door knocking, networking, and events
- Host Open Houses
- List homes for sale
- Participate in team and community events
- Meet with clients to strategize to assess their home-buying needs
- Help individuals and families get into the perfect home
Qualifications
Availability:
- In-Person or Online peer mentorship Tuesday and Thursday mornings
- In-Person training Friday mornings
Preferred:
- Multilingual
- Competitive Sports background
- Door-to-Door Sales Experience
- Customer service experience
- Attended Hogwarts
- Are force sensitive
Requirements
- Must currently have a valid CA Real Estate License or one in Progress
