Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on campaign creation and in-store activation for our Enterprise clients. This role involves managing the production of Point of Sale (POS) materials, overseeing budgets, maintaining client relationships, and writing strategic creative briefs. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously. This position demands excellent time management, strong communication skills, and creative collaboration with designers, program managers, beverage directors, and internal stakeholders. This is a B2B2C role.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise clients regarding in-store activation projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
Campaign Creation and Activation:
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns, including but not limited to earned and paid media; geo-targeted social media ads, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, event activations, and store-level employee incentive programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create engaging marketing materials that align with client strategies.
- Write strategic creative briefs to guide campaign development and execution.
- Liaise with account managers to motivate store-level employees through staff incentive programs.
Project Management:
- Oversee the production and implementation of POP materials and other in-store activation elements.
- Manage and track project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all campaign components.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns.
Creative Development:
- Lead the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand and aligned with client objectives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for in-store activation projects.
- Monitor spending to ensure projects stay within budget, making adjustments as necessary.
- Report on budget performance and provide financial updates to the Director of Partnership Marketing.
Campaign Tracking and Reporting:
- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of client marketing campaigns, reporting on micro and macro business trends
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders detailing campaign outcomes and ROI.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal teams to discuss progress and address any issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign creation and in-store activation.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing projects and multiple clients simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexible mindset, and solutions-oriented focus on process improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Proficient in project management tools and software: Slack, Google Suite, Click UP.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- Analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the beverage industry or related field.
- Familiarity with B2B2C marketing dynamics.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $125,000
