The Marketing Asset Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of various Regional Marketing campaigns throughout our games’ lifecycles. This person will own the development, approval, distribution, and archiving of all localized versions of a project’s creative assets. They utilize their project management skills to manage workflows across multiple stakeholder groups. They are deadline-driven, a masterful organizer, and thrive in a collaborative work environment. They display strong communication skills across functional and geographical boundaries. This role will work closely with our internal creative team as well as external agencies and requires seamless project management of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Marketing Asset Manager drives to deliver assets on time to all of our international territories and of the highest quality, ensuring our marketing campaigns go off without a hitch.
Responsibilities
Asset Localization and Versioning
- Work with Regional Marketing Managers and Territory Managers to gather campaign asset needs and create a master versioning matrix for all languages and sizes.
- Coordinate with the Localization team to obtain necessary translations.
- Liaison between SE West Creative and Marketing to identify appropriate Localization agency for the campaign.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including communications, sales, retail marketing, and agency partners, to successfully execute campaigns by facilitating cross-functional coordination of asset delivery.
- Archive final localized assets within a digital asset management system.
- Manage day-to-day communication and alignment with key stakeholders across cross functional teams as it pertains to asset management.
- Maintain a master calendar of all localized and versioned assets across all titles and communicate any risks to delivery schedules to key project stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in creative services program management at marketing agencies or within a corporate environment.
- Experience working with and managing marketing agencies.
- Experience with global approval processes across multiple regions.
- Exposure to the development and execution of go-to-market plans, inclusive of multimedia campaigns (including localization of assets), and event activations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with project management (Jira, Confluence) preferred.
- Experience working across international business units preferred.
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is preferred.

Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000
