This is a burgeoning sector, and we partner with states, HMOs and organizations on the ground to expand renumeration and services for people who dedicate major parts of their lives to administering to loved ones. We've got so much to do! That's why we're looking for an excellent Market Access Manager, who will be responsible for developing and overseeing Aidaly's matrix of go-to-market strategies. You'll collaborate super cross-functionally with teams from Administration to Product to Marketing, engage with external stakeholders, and utilize your analytical skills to navigate the complexities of the healthcare landscape.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough research on state-specific healthcare policies and access points to inform our market strategies
    • Build and nurture relationships with local stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulators, and community organizations
    • Develop tailored go-to-market strategies that reflect the unique needs and regulations of each market
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and ensure successful market entry
    • Monitor market performance and adapt strategies based on insights and results

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of experience in market access, healthcare policy, or related field
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including regulations and reimbursement practices
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
    • Experience in project management and ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
    • A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Bonus Points:
    • Background in consulting or health economics
    • Experience in family caregiving or related sectors
