Position Objectives

As the Manager of Technical Training and Quality, you will ensure our new and current employees are set up for success during the on-the-job training phase, as well as product knowledge. This individual will assist in the creation, updating, and modification of training content, as well as instructional in-class learning and quality control.  This position will work collaboratively alignment with both the HR and Safety and Compliance departments, while also adhering to any support from operational management at each station in alignment with regulatory / IATA, FAA, State and Airport Regulations.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Manger of Technical Training and Quality role flourishes in environments fostering hands-on operational learning, relationships, and mutual support. The Manager will lead by example, provides support when needed, and find satisfaction from helping individuals realize their potential and enjoy guiding employees. This individual takes pride in ensuring our team and operation holds a high standard for the quality and consistency of our brand. Strong organizational skills, adaptability to work effectively in a fast past environment, reliability, and excellent communication/team player are essential.

Requirements

    • 2+3 years of administrative experience, including the proficiency in MS Office Suite
    • 2-3+ years of experience in assisting with internal-evaluations/quality, and understanding of contract fulfillment  
    • 2-3+ years of instructional learning, training others, and employee engagement
    • Excellent leadership and personnel management abilities
    • 3+ years in aviation experience, with the knowledge and understanding of Regulatory / IATA, FAA, State and Airport Regulations.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills, including formal presentations/content creation, and social media engagement.  
    • In Person, Monday -Friday, 40 hours / week
