Manager, Influencer Marketing

Hint is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Manager, Influencer Marketing. As one of the fastest-growing beverage companies in the market, we are looking for someone who is passionate about influencer marketing and has a strong network in the industry.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Manager, Influencer Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful influencer campaigns. They are adept at building relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, and tracking campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple projects simultaneously. They should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as they will be responsible for pitching and presenting influencer marketing plans to internal stakeholders.

While this is a remote position, we are looking for candidates in the greater SF or NY City areas. Travel to our San Francisco office will be required on an as needed basis to meet with the team and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Campaign Management: Develop end-to-end influencer campaigns across social platforms, primarily Instagram & Tik Tok, including strategy building, talent curation, contract negotiations and KPI tracking 
• Creator Sourcing & Content Creation: Oversee our creator network from recruitment through relationship management and collaborate with the Brand, Social & Creative teams scale UGC across platforms
• Agency Management: Manage all influencer agencies and key partners for brand initiatives. Partner with media team to manage performance initiatives.
• KPI Tracking: Define and track success metrics 
• Budget Management: Allocate and track budget. Negotiate contracts and partnerships with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
• Resident Influencer Expert: Stay on top of and proactively find ways to leverage emerging social & influencer trends 
• Key Collaborator: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging influencer marketing strategies and Work closely with the national sales team and field sales leads on regional strategy, manage scorecards and improve execution based on localized insights - Includes improving upon and creating new tools that are turnkey for sales team to extrapolate data quickly 

What You Will Bring:

• Passionate and deeply ingrained in the influencer & social space (especially Instagram & Tik Tok)
• Experience in influencer management and content creation with a track record of high impact & creative activations that met or exceeded key KPIs
• Exposure to agency management 
• Track record of successful talent management & development 
• Ability to do in-house editing of social & video content is a plus
• A creative thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment & adapts quickly to changing requirements
• High initiative and can turn ideas into action 
• Nimble and can prioritize & oversee multiple projects at once

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management
• Experience working in beauty, skincare or related categories is a plus
• Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns
• Strong network of influencers and content creators
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to collaborate
• Proficient in social media platforms and tools
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills
• Results-oriented and strong analytical skills

Benefits

• Base salary range is $95,000-115,000. Actual salary offer may vary based on location and work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
