Maintenance Worker

Ability to concentrate on task in high traffic area; ability to keep information highly confidential; able to meet deadlines and set priorities; skills in dealing courteously with public and with patients within the organization; ability to work with minimal supervision; general experience, plumbing and air conditioning with experience in repairs and maintenance; some electrical knowledge, understanding that safety is as important as well as job completion; flexibility to work closely with patients and staff in a caring and supportive style.

The position is an hourly, non-exempt, overtime-eligible position with a wage starting at $21.00 for all new hires. Automatic merit increases will apply annually based on annual evaluations.

*Shift differential applies for night shift position.

Requirements

High School Diploma required. Maintenance or related field certifications preferred. Writing and mathematic skills; oral communication skills
