Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team and support advanced maintenance and facility operations across our manufacturing, utility, laboratory, and office environments. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining equipment functionality and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will need extensive maintenance experience beyond plumbing, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to develop detailed documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of various utility and facility equipment, particularly in manufacturing, utility plants, analytical labs, and office areas.
- Create and update various quality and safety documents, including SOPs, Work Orders (WO), Hazard Risk Assessments (HRA), Change Controls (CCMS), and Job Hazard Assessments (JHA).
- Handle maintenance and technical work in alignment with GMP standards, SOP, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and company procedures, ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to staff and support audit procedures by developing and reviewing maintenance records, reports, and other critical documentation.
- Interpret and modify electrical schematics, loop sheets, P&IDs, I/O wiring, and panel drawings as needed.
- Execute the inspection and packaging process by applying knowledge of batch records, product temperature exposure, measurements, and calculations in compliance with GMP standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Associate degree with 4 years of experience OR
- High School diploma or GED with 6 years of experience
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in maintenance specific to manufacturing environments, with hands-on familiarity in advanced equipment repair and facility systems management.
- Knowledge of filling, finishing, and vial inspection processes; experience with measurements and calculations within the metric system.
Shift:
- 12-hour shift (6:30 PM - 7:30 AM), Thursday through Saturday, and alternating Wednesdays
- Initial on-boarding/training: Monday through Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
