Our mission is to enhance the parenting experience by offering a diverse range of products that prioritize safety, functionality, and design.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative and Operations Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and administrative functions within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:** Provide administrative assistance such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Order Processing:** Assist in processing and tracking orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Customer Service:** Handle inquiries and support customer service activities, including responding to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Logistics Coordination:** Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and liaising with shipping carriers.
  • Data Entry and Analysis:** Maintain databases and spreadsheets with accurate information, and assist in generating reports for analysis.
  • Office Management:** Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Support to Operations Team:** Collaborate with the operations team on various projects and initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in operations or logistics.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions independently.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team environment.
