Full Job Description

We have partnered with a leading labor & employment law firm located in West LA that is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney experienced in class action lawsuits, particularly in wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile cases and make a meaningful impact on employee rights!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Represent clients in class action lawsuits involving employment law issues such as wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations and arbitrations.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in employment law and class action litigation.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be admitted to the California Bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on employment law and class action cases.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling complex class action lawsuits.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
