Stingray Direct is a direct-to-consumer, large-scale, performance-based e-commerce company. We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Lifecycle Campaign Manager responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our Lifecycle channels to deliver an exceptional experience for customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty within our business, across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in lifecycle marketing, process design, analytics, and a passion for wellness. This role reports directly to the Creative Director and will support all Omni-channel brand initiatives.

Lifecycle Campaign Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Strategy: Develop/execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and LTV, owning the lifecycle sales calendar, exceeding revenue, engagement, repurchase, subscription adoption & churn goals
  • Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve the effectiveness of email and SMS campaigns
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies based on behavior and engagement metrics, ensuring personalized messaging that resonates with different audience segments
  • Drive Email & SMS Innovation: Ensure marketing campaigns engage and convert target audiences, optimizing message content, timing, and segmentation to achieve high open and click-through rates
  • Analytics and KPIs: Utilize data-driven insights to continually refine and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns, closely monitoring KPIs to ensure maximum impact and ROI
  • Reporting: Manage reporting requests and ongoing analyses for campaign performance, key insights, and strategic learning and lend strategic expertise to significantly grow SMS channel revenue and other Lifecycle KPIs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as creative, product development, content, and customer support to ensure a cohesive customer journey and consistent messaging
  • Compliance: Ensure all email and SMS marketing practices adhere to relevant regulations and best practices and review/QA all email/SMS campaigns and LPs where applicable
  • Technical Guidance: Provide and facilitate the resolution of CRM platform issues, expediting requests from across the organization
  • Uphold high standards for marketing, creative, and copy in all Lifecycle programs and maintain a relentless focus on creative testing (e.g., images, copy, CTAs) - establishing a feedback loop to optimize results with the creative team

Requirements

Lifecycle Campaign Manager Capabilities & Skills Required:

  • Must be Located in California
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of leading lifecycle departments in a B2C business (preferably in the wellness industry), encompassing strategy, messaging, segmentation, optimization, and A/B or multivariate testing
  • Proficiency in a contemporary CRM platform, demonstrated by a track record of successful multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns
  • A metrics-driven mindset, with the ability to frame project work within a business impact context and the skill to share this perspective across the team
  • MS Excel Expert - Experience in data analysis and manipulation using tools to derive meaningful insights
  • Previous involvement in subscription-based businesses or those with diverse revenue streams - required*
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • A "no task too big or too small" mentality, reflecting your willingness to tackle any challenge with enthusiasm and determination
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
