Position Summary: Royalty Medical Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lien Medical Biller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing lien billing associated with personal injury and workers' compensation cases. You will work closely with legal teams, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure the accurate and efficient collection of outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process lien claims to ensure accurate billing for medical services provided
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies, and patients to secure payment on lien accounts
• Follow up on unpaid liens and resolve any discrepancies or denials
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for lien enforcement
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of lien billing activities
• Monitor and track the status of collections related to lien accounts
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and legal guidelines regarding lien billing
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and stakeholders involved in the lien process

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in lien billing or collections, particularly in healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of personal injury and workers' compensation lien processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
