Licensed Roofer/Roofing Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Roofer / Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing projects, including installation, repairs, and maintenance, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

· Leading a crew of roofers and laborers to complete roofing projects on time and within budget

· Conducting pre-job meetings to review project plans, safety procedures, and quality standards

· Organizing and coordinating materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize efficiency and productivity

· Performing on-site inspections and assessments to identify roofing issues and develop repair or replacement plans

· Installing, repairing, or replacing roofing materials, such as TPO and silicone as needed

· Ensuring compliance with building codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety regulations

· Training and mentoring team members to improve skills and promote professional development

· Communicating with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns

Requirements

· Valid roofing license issued by the State of California

· Proven experience as a roofer, with at least 5 years of experience in commercial roofing projects

· Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a supervisory or foreman role

· Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and equipment, especially in TPO installation and silicone installation

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction plans

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Physical stamina and dexterity to perform roofing tasks in various weather conditions

Fair and equitable compensation. There are a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current annual salary range is $70,000-$80,000.
