Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits

Your Day-to-Day:

• Facilitate compassionate, individualized therapy sessions that inspire hope and positive change.
• Support clients in overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns through evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Advocate for clients’ needs, ensuring they receive the support and resources they deserve.
• Maintain accurate and organized clinical records to track progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

·         Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field

·         Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required

·         Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

·         Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices

·         Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
