Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group counseling sessions that address a variety of emotional and psychological needs.
• Serve as an advocate and mentor to clients, helping them navigate complex issues and build resilience.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care.
• Offer crisis intervention and trauma-informed support to clients in distress.
• Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, assessments, and treatment plans.

Requirements

·         Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field

·         Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required

·         Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

·         Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices

·         Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
