Full time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our well-established and accredited practice. Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one and group therapy, assessing new client histories, and determining appropriate treatment options in consultation with the patient and other mental health professionals.
- Consults with Clinical Director in the development and facilitation of program activities which assures an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients.
- Participates as member of the credentialing committee.
- Participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings including collaboration with psychiatric providers and other organization clinical staff.
- Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
- Conducts and documents ongoing assessment of patient progress in approved platform(s).
- Evaluate and document effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, interventions and patient responses.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.
- Active California state licensure as LPCC.
- You have 2 year or more of experience in psychotherapy services.
- You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
- You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
- You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
