Full time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Engages in crisis intervention and counseling for patients, focusing on the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop accurate diagnoses based on established criteria.
- Reports to physicians on patient progress, needs, concerns, and any potential or existing issues.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, per department policy.
- Works closely with the healthcare team to develop treatment and discharge plans informed by psychosocial assessments and recognized social work methods.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.
- Active California state licensure as LPCC.
- You have 2 year or more of experience in outpatient setting.
- Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized;
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office;
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
