Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year, plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of personal, psychological, and occupational issues.
• Advocate for clients' rights and well-being, and actively work to create a more inclusive and equitable society.
• Provide crisis intervention, trauma response, and support to clients in need.
• Work closely with case managers, families, medical professionals, and other team members to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, administer evaluations, and assess treatment effectiveness to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• ·Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
• Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
• Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
