We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to work with individuals coping with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. The Therapist provides therapy services, with a focus on relational and interpersonal dynamics within families, marriages, and couples.
Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
Location: In-Person/On-site
Job Setting: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $130,000
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Providing individual, family and group therapy.
- Conducting initial and ongoing assessments.
- Developing individualized and follow-up treatment plans.
- Actively participating in the multi-disciplinary team process to contribute to positively to the overall treatment plan for clients.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or related field.
- License: Current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychologist (PsyD), or relevant field.
- Possess a current and active license that is not under suspension or probation as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
- Must fulfill pre-employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with the law and company policy.
