Full time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
We are looking for a candidate that will practice cultural humility in providing services to the assigned clients for this position. Therapists will be working with adults, children, adolescents and their families in individual and a group format. Through our customized programs, and comprehensive global network of credentialed providers and professionals, we support individuals to become healthier, happier and more productive both personally and professionally.
Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
- Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
- Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active California state licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
- You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
- Committed to delivering exceptional client care and using feedback to improve services.
- Open-minded and enthusiastic about learning from other professionals and the insights of colleagues and families.
