Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
• Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
• Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
• Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
• Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active California state licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Over 2 years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• Well-versed in various empirically supported therapy approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, postmodern, and narrative therapies.
• Dedicated to providing exceptional client care and using feedback to enhance services.
• Open-minded and eager to learn from other professionals and the insights of colleagues and families.
