Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions, assessing new client histories and determining appropriate treatment options in consultation with patients and other mental health professionals.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and facilitate program activities that ensure an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients.
• Serve as a member of the credentialing committee.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and circumstances.
• Conduct and document ongoing assessments of patient progress using approved platforms.
• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of patient education, therapies, interventions, and patient responses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field. (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
• Active licensure in the state of California.
• You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
• You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
• You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
