Full time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our accredited and experienced team of providers. This role involves coordinating with primary medical and behavioral health teams to ensure patients receive comprehensive care. Our outpatient program strives to facilitate recovery, enhance the quality of life, and improve integration with community and family resources.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic support to clients through individual and group sessions.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide immediate support to clients in distress.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, or presentations on mental health topics for the community or specific groups.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and treatment progress.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active California state licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
• You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
• You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
