Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Professional Wanted in Hayward, CA

Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) eager to work full-time in a collaborative and innovative environment. This role involves providing therapeutic services and helping clients achieve better mental well-being.

Type of Position: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform client assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Track therapeutic outcomes and revise treatment strategies as needed.
• Use research-based practices to inform your work with clients.
• Ensure all records comply with HIPAA standards.
• Participate in training to remain current in your field.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology.
• Valid LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
• At least two years of experience in mental health services.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is preferred.
