Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Building Stronger Relationships
Are you ready to help clients build healthier relationships and create lasting change? We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and support individuals and families in their journey toward healing and growth.
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, plus full benefits.
What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate therapy sessions that empower individuals and families to overcome challenges.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans that promote emotional and relational well-being.
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support as needed.
- Stay current with best practices to deliver innovative and effective care.
Requirements
Your Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Active LMFT license in the state.
- Empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Experience with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural sensitivity.
