Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, plus full benefits.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that empower individuals and families to overcome challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that promote emotional and relational well-being.
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support as needed.
• Stay current with best practices to deliver innovative and effective care.

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in the state.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Experience with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural sensitivity.
