Position Overview: As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through various emotional and relational challenges. You’ll conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Your empathetic nature and expertise will contribute to a healing environment, enabling clients to build resilience and achieve their personal goals.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health and relational concerns.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment strategies to help clients manage issues such as addiction, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, treatment goals, and progress.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to share insights and refine therapeutic approaches, ensuring holistic care.

Requirements

·         Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

·         Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.

·         Must have experience working with older adults

·         Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
