Overview of the Position: In your capacity as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide clients with therapeutic assistance as they work through a range of emotional and psychological problems. In order to help clients reach their therapeutic objectives, you will conduct evaluations, create customized treatment plans, and offer continuing support and direction.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Conduct detailed evaluations to understand clients’ needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients overcome addiction, trauma, and relational conflicts.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment goals, and progress.
• Collaborate with management and fellow clinicians to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

·         Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.

·         Must have experience working with older adults

·         Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
