Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that is passionate about making a positive difference via evidence-based therapeutic techniques and compassionate care.

Position Overview: As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you'll help clients deal with a variety of concerns, such as relationship problems, trauma, and mental health issues. Your responsibilities will include completing evaluations, creating individualized treatment programs, and working closely with clients to promote personal growth and recovery.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups to address a variety of mental health and relational concerns.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support clients in managing personal, relational, and behavioral issues.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with management and other team members to ensure clients receive holistic and effective care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

·         Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.

·         Must have experience working with older adults

·         Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
