Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver comprehensive, confidential support and crisis intervention services to individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges. The successful candidate will ensure psychological safety, trauma-informed care, and be flexible with availability beyond traditional business hours. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with diverse populations and providing consultative services to management, including organizational assessments, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive therapy services, including individual, group, and family sessions.
• Conducts evaluations and assessments
• Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
• Inspire hope that addiction is not a moral failing but a mental disease that can be overcome
• Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
• Complete all necessary charting, reports and statistical information necessary for assigned client population, in a timely manner.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as LMFT in the California.
• Has a maximum 2 years of experience.
• Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
• Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
