Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + full benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family sessions, tailoring your approach to meet each client’s specific needs.
• Perform thorough evaluations to gain insight into each client’s emotional and behavioral health.
• Create and adjust treatment plans that address psychiatric diagnoses, personal struggles, and overall wellness.
• Offer a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to help clients see a brighter future.
• Record progress, insights, and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide valuable insights to management on client care strategies and organizational health.

Requirements

·         Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

·         Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.

·         Must have experience working with older adults

·         Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
