Position Overview:

• Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing individualized therapy to adults, couples, and families, helping them navigate emotional and relationship challenges.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs and life circumstances.
• Conducting therapy sessions in a safe, empathetic environment where clients feel heard and supported.
• Partnering with other healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded, effective care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of all client interactions and progress.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in the state.
• Experience working with a variety of populations, including older adults, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
