Position Details:

• Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a full range of benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Offer therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families, guiding them through personal challenges and improving their mental health.
• Develop treatment plans that are customized to each client’s unique needs and life experiences.
• Provide regular therapy sessions in a safe and welcoming environment.
• Partner with a team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic, well-rounded care.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records to support seamless insurance processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in the state.
• Experience working with a variety of populations, including older adults, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
