Full-time Positions Available for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Description: As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with us, you will:
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs.
Salary: $115k to $130k per year
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state
- Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
- Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice
