Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Full-Time in California
An excellent opportunity for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide meaningful support to individuals, couples, and families. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact while working in a professional and supportive setting.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy sessions tailored to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
- Apply evidence-based techniques to support client needs.
- Equip clients with strategies for navigating life’s challenges.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards.
- Guide clients in identifying the best treatment approaches.
- Promote resilience and positive relationship-building.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Current LMFT license in California.
- Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and related therapeutic techniques.
- Strong documentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Two or more years of experience preferred.
