Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Full-Time in California
Seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to help provide essential mental health care to a diverse range of clients. This role offers the opportunity to foster positive change through high-quality therapy services while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
- Implement evidence-based techniques that align with client needs.
- Help clients develop tools for resilience and personal growth.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards.
- Guide clients through treatment options to support mental well-being.
- Foster a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a full benefits package.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Active LMFT license in California.
- Expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and related modalities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- At least two years of experience preferred.
